- Content Cafe
- Google Images (with Google ID)
- Any services that pulls images by ISBN
Manually uploading images to KitKeeper
Users can manually upload kit images for Library of Things items or books that do not have an image in your subscription service.
- All images must be .jpg or .gif
- Name the images _ORGCODE_bookname.jpg. The _ORGCODE makes the images easy to find in the directory.
1. Login as admin
2. Find and click the button that says "Upload kit images"
3. Click CHOOSE FILE and find the images. If you don not see Choose File, contact Plymouth Rocket to set up your image directory. Then click UPLOAD NOW. If successful, there is red text that says so. If the file is too big, it won't load and will say "FILE TOO LARGE." Just resize the image a try again. The pix have to be pretty little.
4. Once you upload all of the images, you need to edit each of the kit records to assign the correct image to the correct kit.
5. Find KITS in the blue section and click ADD/MODIFY INFORMATION. These are all of your kit records.
6. Pick a kit and click EDIT. There is a field called COVER IMAGES with a drop down. Find the correct image name, select it and save. All _ORGCODE images will be weighted to the top.
