Administrators can add and delete libraries from the list of participating libraries in KitKeeper.
- Login as Admin. For more information see How do I Login as Staff in KitKeeper?
- Under the KitKeeper Management heading, click on the Modify Information button next to Libraries.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Add New Library.
- Fill in the fields within page. The Org Code will be filled in for you.
Tips
- During the configuration process, we will fill in a sample library record for you. Simply click on the Edit button next to the existing sample record to see how certain fields are filled in.
- Need to delete a library entry? Simply contact us at Plymouth Rocket and we will delete it for you. This allows us to ensure the integrity of our database.
