Each time a pass reservation is made, a backup copy of the confirmation email will be sent from Plymouth Rocket, Inc. Backup copies of reservations will either be sent to the email you provided to receive backup copies or the staff contact, if you have not provided a backup address.
You can specify, for each pass, that you don't want to receive backup copies of the email confirmation:
- Login to TixKeeper and go to the Admin Page
- In the TixKeeper - Configure Individual Passes section choose the pass for which you don't want to receive a backup copies of reservations, then click EDIT
- In the Backup Email Recipient field type NO BACKUP EMAILS
- Click UPDATE RECORD to save the change
