For each year, there are 3 steps you must complete in order for your passes to be available to your patrons. Step 1: Create Date Records. Step 2: Mark Pass Availability. Step 3: Designate Passes as Active or Inactive. Below is how you complete Step 1: Create Date Records.
Click Create Dates for the year you want to add dates. If you have already created dates for a new year, you will see this displayed to the right of the Create Dates button.

Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Return to Pass Availability Page
