When your organization is added, you will receive one Admin Editor User ID and Password. The basic TixKeeper package allows for two additional editors, setup either as Admin or Team. One User ID can be shared within your organization by multiple people.
Types of TixKeeper Editors:
- Admin Editors - Admin Editors can access the Admin Page. Through this page, they can view and modify organization information. Admin Editors have the ability to add, edit, and delete any of the organization's reservations.
- Team Editors - Team Editors are added with a specific "team" name and have restricted editing rights. They cannot view or edit organization or editor information (in other words, there is not "Admin Page" button). They can add, edit, or delete reservations.
Managing TixKeeper Editors
The Admin Page displays the current number of editors for the organization and the maximum allowed. This number is displayed to the right of the Help Button (for example, [3/10] ). As long as the maximum has not been reached, the Admin Editor can add additional Editors by selecting the "Create New Editor" button. The following fields are displayed on the "Event Editor Editor" screen:
- Editor Organization - Displays your Organization's TixKeeper Code. This is prefilled by PlymouthRocket and cannot be changed.

- Editor Name - A personal name can be provided for this Editor User ID.
